Anyone ever made ciabatta (without a bread maker)? Lots of recipes on line but would prefer a recommendation from you folks... thank you

I've tried but was never happy with the result so would also like to hear if anyone has been able to do it

I used a ciabatta flour mix from Lidl, it was only so so, it didn't rise that well but I'd try it again.

Saw it in the shop on Sat but I had already bought the other ingredients... might try one of the online recipes over the weekend...
