just a quick question...say you were planning on living in a log mobile home on a site while a build was being carried out, the site is good and dry ground so a stone base should be fine for it, water supply and esb supply are not a problem, the only thing is a spectic tank for wastage..

The fact I need a spectic tank would that mean i need planning permission for the mobile? if so would i need full or is there a different type for what im looking for?

You are right you would need planning permission for the septic tank/treatment system, but you would need planning permission for the mobile anyway, once you are going to live in it. You would apply for full planning permission and the council are likely to put a time limit on it, if they are going to grant it.
