Thinking of buying a duplex up there, was wondering has anyone any advice , and could you tell me, are there problems, like hearing the neighbours upstairs and other side of you? In other words are they built soundly enough to keep out noise from neighbours.

I was really keen last week, but now Im slightly hesitant.

Also, are the management company decent? Do things get done ? etc,
    any advice would be appreciated.

    Cheers

If you're thinking of buying in a managed development you need to read more about the rights and responsibilities involved. The management company is the legal entity comprising all owners. If you bought you would become a member of that company. The MC in turn retains a Management Agent who look after all the day to day stuff for the company. Like any other employees, if the MA is not delivering a good service they can and should be fired by the MC.
