Mountain bike hire/beginner's trail

    Gentlecyclists,

Again I must beg favour from your good selves.

As part of the preparations for my impending wedding a celebratory all male drinking ritual must be observed.

Because I'm not much for drinking and "keraaaazy hi-jinks" I really want to have a fun active day first.

So I was thinking of hiring MTBs and doing some beginner's trails to get everyone's spirits up and hopefully tire the lads out so they lose their edge when it comes to trying to prank/humiliate me later on.

Are there any facilities reasonably close to Dublin by car where we could hire bikes for the day and attempt some suitable trails?

Also what are the odds of visible bruises?
