Hello, I would like to get an item on amazon that is over the 3V limit. (€446.)

I don't have a credit card as i'm a student, only a 3v card. Is there anyway I can make the payment? Can I make 2 payments for one item on amazon?

They'll only accept 1 card for an order.

Your only option is to get a friend with a cc or apply to TSB for bank acc. Their accounts come with a VISA debit card which you can use for purchases like a real cc without limit (as long as you have money in your acc of course) :-)

Is the seller accepting paypal as a payment? - you could ask the seller to invoice you 2 seperate invoices with the total cost halved for each invoice, but check the sellers feedback first and remember that buyer protection wont apply.

    What is the maximum/minimum balance?
Unlike many prepaid cards, with Moneybookers there is no maximum or minimum balance. Also, there is no minimum top-up amount.

Weeeell... it's been a while since I've used 3V, I went over to O2 Money card, but you could get two vouchers, one for 300 and another one for the remainder of the sum. You can then transfer the money from one voucher to the other. There is a 2 (I think) euro fee, and if you want to transfer the money from a voucher to your bank it costs 5 euros.

This is what it used to be like, but I haven't used 3V for a good few months so they might have changed it. Check their website :).
