Has anyone used Skype for business? I need to forward my landline through Skype and I’m worried the quality won’t be great or reliable. Does anyone know how much it costs to forward the calls? I’ve looked through the Skype site but it’s hard to find the exact rate.

    Hi there,
there is a new skype diverter for personal landline and cell phone.
This adapter -Rylwy - can reduce a lot the telephone bill.
It connect your personal landline and cell phone to the net via skype , then you remote access them anywhere with skype again. in the uk you can use your bt 5.95 free mounth contract - via your "3" cell phone for free - so not paying anything calling landline from your cell phone !

I wouldn't use Skype for business use in the first place, I would only use a SIP or IAX provider.

If you use a voip gateway you wont be charged any forwarding costs.

    Skype rates are available at

Note that rates are different if your on a call plan.
Perhaps you could go for one of the providers below and use a voip gateway to forward calls back through the PSTN via a broadband connection.

Or port the number to blueface if you don't use the line for broadband? http://blueface.ie
