Apple order - addition info required to complete order

I placed an order with apple online yesterday and received an email from eurofinance@apple asking me to send a jpeg of a credit card statement and photo id. There's also a fax number which has a Cork area code.

I rang apple to see if it was legit, and i think it is - although the american lady on the phone didn't confirm this with any sort of immediate confidence. It was more of a routine answer saying that 'additional documentation may be required etc'

    Has anyone else had this?

This usually happens when the delivery address is different from the billing address, or if the names are different.

Names and addresses are the same.
