I am travelling to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in the summer and need to apply for visas for all 3 countries. The applications will have to go through their London embassies as they are not represented in Ireland. Has anyone applied for visas for these countries before? What are they like to deal with? Has anyone applied for visas for these countries before? What are they like to deal with? Has anyone posted a passport abroad before? What precautions should you take? Am a bit wary of posting my passport but it is the only option.
