Mazars Graduate Consulting Programme

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Mazars? Their graduate consulting programme seems quite attractive so far as receiving a lot of training/courses etc. However their pay is very low compared to other graduate roles (low 20's) and you'd be on this low scale for three years, what could be expected in terms of a wage increase when you exit the programme? I'd imagine that training would be somewhat similar to other consulting companies? Would there be a huge trade off in terms of training in starting a grad programme with Mazars at a lower rate than starting off with a bigger firm with better pay?

Hi, I am just wondering did you receive any replies to your above post? I have an interview with Mazars tomorrow for a graduate position in internal audit. Did you go for an interview with them?
