click when i release of accelerator?

Had a new gearbox in April last year, Toyota corolla verso 05. Today i noticed that every time i relaxed of the accelerator i heard a click (sound like its coming from the middle of the car) any idea what this click is? It only happens when the car is in gear, and is 3/4 released. Doesn't happen if i push down on it only…

It only happens when the car is in gear, and is 3/4 released. Doesn't happen if i push down on it only when i release the pressure off.
