Firefox and Safari crash every time---HELP!!

    I don't know where else to put this, so mods feel free to move if necessary. I'm having a major problem with my hotmail on both safari and firefox. I can check my inbox every time no problem however my problem comes when I try to compose a new email.
    Every time for the last week once I try to compose a new email, I get the spinning beach ball and it closes itself. It's so frustrating, has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know how to solve the problem?. Cheers

    What OS and version of the browsers are you using?

    Do you update the browser manually or use the built-in automatic update?

    Firefox 10 is now available.

    I would also consider trying Google Chrome as Safari for Leopard is well out of date.
