What kind of course is it?Is it a suitable race for a first time 10k run?

I'd say its a fairly moderate course, mostly flat but there is a couple of challenging hills. I think it would be suitable for a first time 10k.

Great race, great atmosphere, lots of enthuastic marshalls, I really enjoyed it (probably helped by the fact I got a massive PB:D). Fantastic to see it so well supported.

Lots of hills, I was praying for them to end :)

Well done on a great race. Will be back next year if ye do it again.
