Hot water not so hot in bath taps ??

I'm not sure if this is normal or not or perhaps there's an issue somewhere in the heating/pumping system…
I have GFSH in my apt which heats the rads and the water and there is always hot water … Even if the heating has been off, once it's turned on, the water will be hot within minutes. The hot water in the kitchen is very hot - too hot to put your hand under, and the same in the bathroom sink tap. Not so in the bath taps though. Can anyone tell me what the reason would be for this or is it just one of those things ???
    Thanks in advance
    A

Is it a combi boiler (what make and model)? Do you have a hot press with a storage cylinder in it? Is there a mixer tap on the bath or two separate taps for hot and cold?

It's an Atmos boiler but I'm not sure what make the pump is or if that's even relevant. There is a hot water tank too. Any ideas ??
