    Hey,

Does anybody know how to or have a link about changing the bulb or what you need to change in the brake light of a vw golf 07?

the brake light is on the boot door section and when you open all i can get is the fog light, take this out and i can not see any brake light, book says its led,

With LED units, if its not working then is a wiring problem or the unit itself is fauty. There are no bulbs to change.

It's a bit unclear from your post whether you are looking in the right place or not so just to clarify:

On a Golf 5 the LED brake light in the boot door is the one in the rear window. There is no brake light in the light clusters in the boot, they just contain the foglight and reversing light.

The main brake lights are in the clusters in each rear quarter panel, so if it isn't the centre brake light at fault then this is where you need to look.
