Payment Issue

    Hi, I hope someone on here can help me work out my issue.

    I work in a sales job and get paid a salary + commission.
    Today is pay day and neither myself or my colleagues have got our commission payment paid, even though it is due today.

    This is the first time that this has happened, but a month after Christmas, none of us are happy.

    Can we demand that they pay us asap?
    I hope someone can shed some light on where we stand with this.

    Have you first talked to your manager and/or payroll people to see what the issue is? Best to do that before making demands.

    It may be that the company don't pay commission on "Orders Recieved" & you get your commission when the company gets paid from the client.
