Did the police and security forces organise the Eygpt massacre?

Shocking and sickening scenes occured in an Eygptian football staidum earlier today, so far at least 71 have been confirmed dead, 1k injured according to reports. This was organised, of that there is no debate imo, and this was mass murder not rioting that got out of hand.

Im sure most are aware of it so wont need to go looking for links right now, but there are stories emerging that this was orchestrated by the government/ security forces. Al Ahly, the teams fans who were targeted were quite influenceal in the protests against Mubarak and this is being reported as the revenge of the people who's lives were made difficult by them

There are stories all over twitter and on al jazeera, it was the main news on rte at 9 o clock. If this turns out to be orchestrated by the security forces, who some are claiming locked the Al Ahly fans in the stadium, allowed locals to bring knives into the ground with them, players from the Al Ahly team themselves have come out saying the security abandoned them and left them to be attacked, then it is one of the more disgusting events of the last few months.

Nobody should go to a football match and not come home.

I said I may as well add a video as im here, the real chilling part is the premeditation, the turning off of the floodlights, locking the fans in, letting the others through with knives.

    Disgusting

Sorry, maybe I should have added in, is this all part of a greater plan to impose curfews and military will on the country again and then spread it from country to country in a global takeover scheme????????

didnt remember it had to be NWO related to gain any intrest

Yeah, I'd agree that this seems, so far, to be an act of revenge. Maybe also an attempt by the military leaders to make people believe they still need protection from them, so they don't have to hand back power to the people?

I guess it'll become clearer over the next few days when more information comes out. It's still quite garbled at the moment, but still horrific.

    Very sinister and very disturbing:

"This is not football. This is a war and people are dying in front of us," al-Ahly player Mohamed Abo Treika said.
"I cannot believe these things happened randomly, I don't think so, it was arranged," Al-Ahly official Hanan Zeini told the BBC.

They've halted all future football games, sacked a good few officials, the Egyptian football body has been sacked.

A lot of the residents of the town are saying men were hired to infiltrate, bring weapons and cause violence.

Fingers are being pointed at remnants of the old regime and security forces.

Some comments suggest this was also done to threaten Al Alhy who've become quite involved politically.

The system doesn't change overnight anyway thats for sure, hopefully there will be a fully transparent investigation into the whole thing and not some white-wash.

read somewhere earlier that the Al Alhy 'Ultras' were heavily involved in the anti murbarrak protests so perhaps the old school security forces had a few scores to settle.

As with all conspiracy theories, you need to have a motive.

I mean, who would want to prompt a civil war in a muslim country that would probably rage for years??????

I wonder what country in the world that constantly stick their nose where it isn't welcome, would most benefit from a muslim country being in a civil war Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I think I can guess who.

And possibly they are behind the other Arab Spring uprisings too.

Thats the problem with not fully dismantling old regimes, the figure head is gone but a lot of the henchmen are still in place. Plenty of opportunity for scores to be settled and this seems to have been one of them, to answer a question about why they would want civil unrest? simple, give more power to the government, more security measures/crack downs etc....
