You don't say what sort of pain?
If it is Pins and needles type you should possibly go see a neurologist to get it checked out

Cut out in soles from carpet underlay . Too much walking ? Can you relate the pain to activity and exactly describe the pain and which part of the area of the Soles .?

I am suffering from this aswell

I have a sore pain on the soles of my feet mostly my heels, no pins and needles just sore to walk on or if you touch my feet they are sore.

It only began a few weeks ago I started back walking and thought it had something to do with my runners but any shoes I put on my heels get sore actually its really the left foot and I did have fluid on my knee from walking and had to take a break from it could they be related??? The only time the pain isnt as bad is when I am bare foot

I am no expert, but a person in work had this - they were told it's Plantar fasciitis - in which case a ligament is to blame. If that is really the case then it won't be a quick fix, as these take ages to heal. So 5 sessions with they physio probably weren't anywhere near enough - I don't know where you are based, but check out this crowd, not our standard type physio but they work with machines and stuff and have helped me tremendously with a chronic lower back problem. Also to note, this type of condition is sometimes related to auto-immune disease, such as thyroid disease or rheumatoid arthritis, so if you get no joy, might be worth getting checked for antibodies - I had a bad pain on the side of my heel and in the wrists at times as well, which went away once I got treated for my under-active thyroid.
By the way, the person in work ended up getting steroid injections, which helped.
