Golf Bets 2012.

    Just wanted to keep a record of my golf bets as it is an area I have started to focus a lot more on. Hopefully posting here will encourage me to do a bit more research. Stakes will vary on how much I fancy something. Will start very small, and hopefully build from there.

    Week 1.
    Qatar Masters Outright - Francesco Molinari ( €2 E/W @ 25/1 Lads 1/4 1,2,3,4,5 )

    - Had a nice finish last week after a poor start, should be thriving in these tournaments. Big dangers in the form of Quiros, Bjorn and Garcia but I reckon Molinari can get a place at least.

    Ladbrokes are paying 6 places on both tours this week where i come from,i do not know if this is generally available.

    Wouldnt advise a Molinari with the conditions there tbh, hope im wrong for ya though mate!

    Sorry for the delay, -€4 on Molinari.

    Earlier I did Rickie Fowler at Pebble Beach ( €4 win at 20/1 )
    - At 21:16 he is 20/1 on Paddy Power live ( so same bet can still be done ) so no after timing claims I hope.

    -€8 for the log so far.

    This week I've gone for Padraig Harrington at 33/1 Lads( I don't have a B365 acc so couldn't get their price)

    He had a good week last week, finishing t7, possibly would have been higher except for the last round, which was the same story last month when he finished t10 ( cannot remember where ).

    Has had good finishes here before and he knows that his recovery is now or never, especially with the Ryder Cup looming.

    Largest stake so far, I'll go €5 E/W
