I am hoping to work on a farm of 100+ dairy cows as farm help. What rate of pay should I expect?

10 euro an hour would be good money these days ,what you expect and what you get will probably depend on what you can do ,i have had lads that were not worth a fiver an hour and have had lads that got 15 an hour
