    Hi,

    Im just about to start my run of quick ski gettaways, flying to Memmingen and grabbing the train straight down to Oberstdorf looks like the simplest option right now to start with. I know Oberstdorf has it's own thread but in terms of a low-hassle short trip, does Oberstdorf make the most sense when flying to Memmingen or are there other/smarter options?

    If conditions are good, which they obviosuly are at the moment, Obersdorf is definitely the best option, esp if time is somewhat short.

    Oberstdorf is the correct choice, its just over an hour on the train, perfect for a quickie.
    If you are renting a car, St Anton is only 1.5hrs drive, if the traffic is good.
