Noel Gallagher's story is like Robbie Williams

Noel's solo career is becoming something like when Robbie went solo after Take That.

Listened to the interviews and live performances from the two I've seen the two made up their own reasons why they didn't leave their bands. Noel claimed he was "bullied" out of Oasis and Rob was "sacked" from Take That.

Another thing is that Beady Eye not being as popular as Noel is everytime I think about it, I'm reminded of how Gary Barlow tried to launch a solo career and everyone was interested in Rob's solo material instead.

One thing that slightly amuses/annoys me is that Noel Gallaghers band are called "Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds", not just high flying birds, or even Noel Gallagher and the High Flying Birds. Why is it that he must claims ownership of them? A bit too egotistical for my liking.

Noel said the reason he gave his act that name is because he freaked at the thought of seeing just his own name in shining lights.

I reckon a few years down the line after a bit more success he will drop the "High Flying Birds" title and just tour and record as Noel Gallagher. I think that was what Paul McCartney did with Wings.

The high flying birds are just session musicians, Noel doesnt like not being in complete control and hates when he doesnt get his own way. Yeah I said it , enough of the Noel Gallagher love in , the beady eye album kicks Noels albums ass.
