I am a sole trader with a view to forming a limited company when I expand. I want to start a quality manual for my business now. Does anyone have any advice to offer or know where I could get my hands on a template. I am a service provider and dont have much money to spend on this. Thanks.

Is it ISO 9000? I can probably root out a template if you wish.
