help please meteor sim, lost all contacts,messages

    Hi Folks,

    looking for some help if possible.
    Yesterday my fathers phone kept turning off randomly, (nokia 6310? or something) so i gave him my sony ericsson c510. popped the meteor sim into in and bam, no inbox, or contacts! took it back out and put it back into the nokia, and still the same.
    Ive never seen this before, any tips or experiences?

    And most importantly, is ther any way we can get the contacts back/restored/retrieved ? :confused:

    At least contacts should be there on sim, unless he has used the phone's memory to save to.
    Check settings to see what memory it saves to, phone or sim.

    some phone reset themselves if you remove the battery and the sim. But I don't think the 6310 does.
