Hiya,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but hopefully it is. I have a hernia protruding from my belly button for the last couple of years, about half the size of a golf ball. Never really bothered me but during work today I had to do some work while lying on my belly and when I was finished the hernia was gone but it feels very sore around my belly button. If I was to have surgery to remove this hernia, how long would it take to heal?
