Need Help setting up DVR Network

    Need Help setting up DVR Network to view the cameras online, I have a Vodafone EchoLife HG556a Router , and a Securix 500GB DVR have the dvr connected to my router even after folling the DVR manual i am still lost.

    Quite easy !

    Can you send a PDF version of the manual !?

    You'll need:

    -static IP address (not necessary but recommended)
    -login details on the Vodafone router
    -ports number that the DVR works on (TCP or UDP)

    Try to access the DVR FIRST from within your LAN,then move to WAN if works ok !

    Hey thanks for the reply just sorted it out , friend of mine talked me thru it on skype shared the screen was easy enough when you know what your doing ha , thanks
