    Hi guys!

Has anyone ever seen fresh aioli for sale in cork?? To be honest I would even settle for the stuff in a jar but I'd prefer fresh stuff! Couldn't see it in tesco or aldi in wilton and bishopstown. Anyone have any ideas?? Would the English market have anything like that or is there any specialist stores or anything? I mean I know a lot of restaurants serve aioli with their food eg Zaks and I was hoping I might be able to buy it fresh somewhere!

Many thanks in advance for all your help! :)

Dunnes have the stuff in the jar - Maille so it's not too bad. I've bought it in their stores in Macroom, Ballyvolane and Ballincollig so I imagine most of their stores have it.
TBH if I want it fresh I just make it myself.

Keep an eye out in Lidl for it,I bought some last summer in Lidl Midleton and it was delicious(it was down in the fridge by the butter)

Really?? I'd love some fresh stuff! :) I only tried Aldi, I have no idea where my nearest Lidl is, I must check that actually! In the end i got it in Dunnes, the big one near the Bandon road roundabout. Some french make. But tesco have actually started selling it as part of their new "Ingredients" range which looks pretty awesome, they were just puttin it on the shelves when I was in wilton on tuesday night. Seems to be quite a variety of cool and unique stuff for ethnic type cooking! But thanks a million for the help guys! :)

It's like something that stall with all the olives in the English market would have. Their tapenade is amazing!
