I cant get the Lan port to connect to the my router, or any router. No lights come on at the back of the Lan socket when I connect a cable.

Has anyone else had a similar problem, and a solution?

Thanks, looks like a good forum.

My problem is that the box does not even recognise that there is a lan port when I go into settings. I cant change the dhcp.

Ill give this another try when I get home, but I'm sure I've been through it all before.

I got it working. I opened up the box and just tightened all the connections going into the board, plugged the lan in and away it went.

I couldn't tell you exactly what I done or where the problem was, but its working now.

Pity the box is a piece of sh!t, and don't get me started on the remote control.
