What runflats are you using?

Hi. First off I know most people's view on runflats but putting that aside, can I get your view on whichever make you have experience of? I'm going for a decent make which are all roughly the same price.
Currently I am using michelin ps2's and the grip is great but a bit disappointed with the wear of around 20k kms.
    Options include
    Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar
    Conti Sp Contact 3
    Dunlop SP Sport
Bridgestone (not sure of exact make)

    Size is 245/40 18

    cheers.

I'm running Bridgestone Potenza on my E60. Dry grip is excellent, wet handling is OK.

From looking around the Goodyear Eagle NCT5 are the best runflats available for mix of grip, wear rate and road noise.

Cheers was edging towards the Goodyear option on my list albeit it is the most expensive

The 1 came with Bridgestone Potenza's 5001's and must say despite all the horror stories I'd heard about run-flats they are fine road noise is minimal and seem to take well to all road surfaces and grip is great as well

Yeah personally I don't have an issue with run flats outside of the cost. Just trying to see what makes give decent wet and dry grip as well as decent longevity (I know I'm not asking for much :-)

I have bridgestones on my car. Dry grip is fine, wet can be a bit twitchy if you are pushing on, but the one thing I don't like about them is they can tramline a bit on ruts in the road. When they are done I will be switching to non runflats.

You'll have to buy a spare for the boot. It is quite comforting with the run flats to know that if you do get a puncture you can drive on

My E90 came with Michelin Pilot Sport 2 on the front and Bridgestone Potenza on the rear in staggered 18". Don't know if the previous owner changed both sets at the same time but the Potenza's definately wore better thanthe Pilots.

Replaced both sets with regular Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas at a fraction of the price of RFTs before Christmas and the difference is unreal. They are so much better in both comfort, ride, road noise and performance. Got my hands on a second hand space saver and jack rather than depending on a can of goo. Would never go back to RFTs again.

Have Kuhmo runflats on E90 Msport - about 10k on them so far & very little wear. Comfort compared to dunlops/continentals is not quite as good, but certainly not bad

Have the Dunlop SP on my 520d.
3 of the tires were just replaced before I bought it and they're still in perfect condition. At this stage I'd done nearly 20km on them now.
