    Hi,

    I am hoping someone might know this -

    i have a guy about to do some work on a construction site for just 5 days. ... then he is finsihed - never again to go on site. He is from the UK, so has a CSCS card.

    with such a short period of time he is spending on site - does he legally need to have completed FAS SAFE PASS training?

    or is there somethinkg somewhere that states he does not need one due to the short time he is spending on site?
