Looking for spill advice.

Hello ,had my first fall on saturday on my new bike and hit the road pretty hard. I got straight back up because I fell in front of a moving car.
Problem is three days later I feel like a car hit me ,back ,shoulder and leg are aching like mad.
How long does this usually last ?

Maybe a day or two, maybe months. It depends on the extent of the damage. Go see a doc for a best estimate.

Fair enough about the medical advice ,I wasn't expecting any damage though.
Now I'm worried.
