Should naggins be banned?

what are peoples thoughts on naggins (200ml bottles of spirits)? they banned 10 packs of cigs because kids could afford them... would it be a bad thing if they banned the sale of them? do you think they contribute to binge drinking? what is the point of them??

If they did that they'd also have to ban minis. Plus, the kids would switch to buying half bottles. Why can't we just stop selling alcohol altogether?
