Hi , just looking for some advice for a family member who has a fiat scudo 1.6 multijet, The van is constantly blowing black smoke , it has been to a mechanics and it has had a new egr valve fitted and also a reconditioned turbo , tappets and cam followers , nothing has worked to solve the problem , just wondering if…
