Is this the cheapest show ever made? A camera team follows people around at work.

    Big woop...

Wow, see all the 05 and 06 Celtic Tiger cars? Porsches, Masserattis, Mercs, all taken by the bailiffs.

Probably all originally owned by carpenters and electricians.

I never thought much of car auctions but it was a very general opinion I had of them. I think they should stick to the Car Auction end of things. Thats where they appear to have had great success and awards with. I know this is property based but screw that! It will make me attend one of their car auctions soon though :)

    My comment was intentionally facetious.

You wouldn't be rushing out to sell your Property with them, based on this.

Allsops must be feeling a bit smug.

    "He was asking difficult questions..."

He asked, "how old is the house?"....awful tough question altogether.

I think she's going into the wrong business...

I don't think that house was built in the late 1800's????

They seem like a shower of chancers, to be honest.

This won't do anything for their business.

Is this a series? Will we see this shower again? Or was it a one off?

Ha. I said something similar to the missus earlier on. Chancers and spoofers with Dub accents - all very Apprentice material.

They are going at it again (property auction) in 3 months - can't see the tv cameras being there though.... ah well from property to the Inbetweeners, god RTE are getting fierce naughty with this sort of programme coming up:D

Wanna start a thread on car auctions dos/ donts over in motors James? Must have a gander at one at some stage..wonder if there's value to be had or is it more of a minefield ?

In fairness to the guys they're trying...programme will have mixed blessings on their business me thinks but fair dues to them giving it a "lash":p

Enjoyable show, in the main. Does anyone know how long it took to film it? The timeline seems to be months

There's one or two already :)

That one is good, I used to go to them 6 or 7 years ago, essentially the trade lads buy anything decent, once they stop bidding on stuff there's a scope for getting a bargain but if more than one non trader is interested the auction price can be far from actual value, minefield really, I wouldn't buy at an auction tbh.

If anyone is hungry for more action from 'The Auction House', some of the 'stars' of the show will be on 'The Saturday Night Show' tomorrow.

I'm not sure why, it was a dull show and it won't be remembered.
