Can anyone give me a guide/breakdown on the cost of a piled foundation? House will have an outside perimeter 6.8 x 11m. Haven't decided if it will be block or timber frame yet. How much of a difference in requirements would there be?

best to get on to a structural engineer/piling contractor, as its your site conditions (both access and ground) that will dictate this cost
