Passing through Roscommon Town, there is a veg Shop just before the turn for Dunnes Stores, selling Eggs (size small) tray of 18 for €2.

Nothing wrong with them - tasted fine!!!

Meh, my local greengrocer sells 6 for 39c every couple of weeks.
My local MrPrice sells 18 for €1.99

Are eggs normally expensive in Roscommon?
