hi my astra just started making a clunking noise when i turn wheel from left to right, very noticible at low speeds/parking etc. i stopped and turned wheel left to right and it did it then also, no noise when driving straight. a few weeks ago i had to get my cv boot cover fixed, so could this be associated with that. my question is: is the cv joint banjacksed or is it something else, and how long would it last before i have to change it. thanks guys.

I had a similar problem on my old car, was the CV joint..

You should generally get it done as soon as.

They proably ment "trackrod end "
Get it changed straight away if it's clunking
Around 20€ for a new one
But you'll need the tracking done
