Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is doing an online masters as valued as doing an on campus one

I'm considering doing a masters in education in st pats and my favourite course happens to be an online one.

I'm trying to make myself as employable as possible so if the on campus courses are more valued amongst principals and board of managements I would settle for a different course.

Does anyone know what the difference in reputation is between them?

Hi Laragh, I'm going to move your thread to Primary Teacher Training. You might get more help there.

To be honest, first aid courses, IT courses, sports etc would be probably be more valued. Be aware that the allowance for the masters etc. has been stopped too.

Could I tap your wisdom and experience a bit on this?

Could a candidate holding a masters being considered something of an upstart? Somebody looking to move on again before long, or who is after the principal's job? I can't help but get that impression at times.
