Roughly what sort of price should i be willing to pay for a 2007 Ford Focus?

I'm thinking 3door hatchback, 1.6 engine, manual transmission, petrol....

any help would be great prices seem to vary drastically.

    Thanks!

What you are 'willing' to pay is entirely up to you and may well be different to what they sell for.

I would be 'willing' to pay whatever the average market value is, that's the only choice you have IMO.

If your shopping for a car, look up as many of the year/model you want as you can, compare, mileage, spec, engine type, colour etc and see what the average price is. Also, buying private will be cheaper then buying from a dealer.

Mileage is gonna be a factor OP. Oh and when someone takes the time to post and give advice, best not to use this smiley .

It really would depend on the mileage, I have been looking at 5 door versions myself and wouldnt pay anything over 5500 for a 2007, again, depending on milage.

The estate versions seem cheaper for some reason

Depends on mileage spec and type of seller
