    However, the rate per hour that my employers charge for my time and what they pay me per hour are two completely different things :mad:

    I always quote €20 for an hour, then tell the client that due to complications, I had to spend twenty hours doing the work, then charge them for ten hours. They then think they've got themselves a bargain.
