Program for organising music on PC/Phone/MP3 player

    Hi All,
    Not sure if I am posting this in the right forum, I am looking for a program for organising my music and videos which is compatible with android and Windows XP. I currently just copy the files manually on to my phone and dont use playlists etc but want to get a more user friendly setup. I have heard about double twist, would this cover my needs?

    My wishlist would be:
    Compatible with Windows
    App for android
    Can download podcasts
    Will allow a number of devices to be synced with the one PC
    Would also be able to retrieve data from a wireless hard drive (not much space on my laptop hard drive so have most of my music and videos on an external wireless hard drive)
    Can play most file formats incl. DivX

    Any help is much appreciated,
