Not sure if this is the right place but here goes.

Does anyone know if it's possible to display SkyGo programs on a big screen if the (non jailbroken) iPad is connected to a TV set via HDMI ? Sounds silly I know but was wondering more if Sky can disable the HDMI output of the iPad when running their app ?

    Thanks in advance

No, apparently it's blocked by Sky.

Unfortunately not. If you try via AirPlay to an apple tv you will get the audio but no picture. I suspect via HDMI it's similar.
