Replacement handset for Linksys SPA 942

Unfortunately, I've broken the handset on my Linksys SPA 942 and I've tried absolutely everywhere to find a replacement, but I've had no luck.

It's possible to buy handsets for the CISCO full office system phones, but they don't fit the Linksys SPA series at all.

Does anyone know of anywhere that might have one?

Or, perhaps someone has an old broken Linksys SPA phone ? I'd be willing to buy the handset.

Failing that, any recommendations for a good alternative phone ?

Have you tried ebay, amazon and voipsupply?

I don't think its easy to get the physical handset without the rest of the device.

I got a new Linksys PAP2T ATA on ebay from an irish seller for about €25, pure bargain and it works. Cisco Small Business Centre are very helpful when you run into difficulties.

I would recommend if you want an IP phone to get a Grandstream device, I'm aware that they are available cheaply from goldfish and ebay.

In my opinion, Cisco (ie Linksys) and Grandstream are the only brands I would use, especially if your a business.

Would it not be the same as a standard phone handset?

Yeah tried everywhere and yes, it's the same as a standard phone handset, but obviously each handset is designed to fit the cradle on each phone.

You could connect any handset to it, but it wouldn't fit on the 'hook'.
