Connecting iPad 1 and iPhone 4 for video calls

I assume this is possible... I havent found the app to do it though... any help would be great! So I have an iPad 1 (no camera) and an iPhone 4. How can I connect the two to use the camera on my iPhone but the screen of my iPad for skype video or facetime calls? For a bonus question (if possible) my wife has an adroid…

For a bonus question (if possible) my wife has an adroid phone and she would like to be able to do the same, i.e. use the camera on her adroid but the larger iPad screen for video calls.
