2008 Hyundai i30 Classic Manufacturer's Warranty

Hi folks, I'm looking at a 2008 Hyundai i30 Classic and wondering about the manufacturer warranty on it. I thought they had a 5 year warranty but the garage says that's only on the new ones and that they offer the 6 months warranty. Just wondering if anyone knows for definite, thanks.

a 2008 i30 probably had a 3 years manufacturer warranty from new, so its expired by now, any warranty cover on the car now will be supplied by the dealership. 6 months is ok, i'd push to get a year though on a car that new.
