Hi all, I am looking for an airtightness consultant to advise and oversee the airtighntess work on our build. Can any of you recommend somebody in Mayo or Sligo? Thanks

Could I get that PM off you as well? Long way from that stage but no harm in compiling a list of contacts for the future

I'd be 99% sure who that guy is and he worked on my house. He's about as good as it gets. Absolute class act.

There is a "specialist" in Tuam / Galway area to be avoided.
He stapled our membrane to our timberframe and if he used a machine gun he couldn't have put more staples in per square inch.
He used a hammer tacker and made more holes in the membrane.
I spent over 2 weeks repairing the holes.
I have photos if anyone is interested.
PM if you want his details so you don't make the same mistake i did. :(
