I am actually looking forward to a good hard frost. Land needs to dry up.

It'll be a good chance to shift slurry. Don't be moaning OP. Much better to be getting a blast from siberia now than in the first week of April.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Would have to disagree as well...

My lambs were pure miserable in the wind and cold rain this morning... and the fields with the good grass are all facing easterly, with poor enough shelter in some of em... :(

According to MT Cranium in the weather forum the whole east coast and in as far as Athlone in the Midlands is going to get a bit of a barrage of snow by thursday. Falls of up to 10cm are likely with overnight temperatures going down as far as -7. Temps will rise a little by the weekend, but this may only lead to further snowfall.

I hope if it comes, that it stays in the east. I can live with frost, but snow is a pain!

Don't want it either, little drying in frost anyway.

Don't want no white stuff thanks, nor more rain! Dry and whatever comes with it please.
