    dont really know where to put this so correct me if in wrong section...

    i got a claim when i was younger it was more than 10 thosand not sure how much and was wondering if im able to take some out before im 18 im 16 now... thanks.

    The simple answer is yes, but it will depend on the reason, it requires an application to a judge of in your case I assume the Circuit Court. The judge can refuse the application if he or she believes it is not in your best interest. Your parent, will have to arrange everything with the solicitor.
