Saorview outage

    My saorview just died, no signal on 738000 from 3rock but I get the 770000 test channels fine85% quality

    Anyone else seeing this?

    Yes mine gone also - was checking both tv and combo box both lost signal 10 - 15 mins ago.

    Both were breaking up prior to that and taking hits for previous 30 mins or so...

    Must be major problem if both kippure and three rock gone

    Mine is gone too (3rock and Kippure transmitters)
    Im just receiving the test channels.

    Fine for me, quite close to three rock.

    Edit - actually got a drop out there, but otherwise 100% quality, 86% strength

    Having same issue this evening. Scan will pick up test channels perfectly..any ideas?

    Is it possible the SFN transmissions are losing sync and the two high power signals are knocking each other out?

    If the user close to Three Rock is able to pick it up with only the odd drop out, it could be that they're not receiving Kippure and as a result their Three Rock is uninterrupted.

    I wonder are 3 Rock and Kippure Syncronised by using GPS time and did one of the sites lose GPS and drift out of Sync.
