    Hi Guys an Gals.

I have a quick query before my coach starts to flog me tmrw after an enforced period of rest.

I wintered very well, up until the last week of Dec when i got a bad flu. Most of Jan has felt like a write off as my strength levels that i had built up through good incline trails seems to be lost.
I run 400mh and i dabble in the odd mile. We were on target to run 55 in the hurdles this year but now i barely feel like thats attainable.

Should i reassess my goals or is it not too late to pull it out of the bag and regain that strength work that i have lost?

I trust my coach.. mucho trust but should i brace myself that between now and Track season starts is just too short of a time gap for me to make up.

    Many Thanks!

Seriously dude. Listen to your coach above all who post here. We never see you train. To answer your question. IMO no it's not too late. Lots if time.
