Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So for those that have been before and taken their Mania chairs back home with them, how exactly did you get them back and how much did it cost roughly?

3 of us going so is it easier to send together?

Just wanting to make sure I don't lose them!

    Thanks in advance,
    Simon

I think ive read here its easier and cheaper to check them in as extra luggage on the plane, rather than FedEX them or whatever.

Just need to wrap them well and stow them

Went to Mania 26 Ringside lads, got chair home as extra luggage...for free :D

Best advice I can give you is thus:

Bring (or buy when you're there) a load of bubble wrap...the sort wwe use to wrap their plaques....and Tape!

TRY to get 1 of the bags some airlines use for kids buggies/pushchairs etc..as they dont let anythin with a "pointy" (used loosely) edge on a plane.

Fedex if I remember was $160 for the size of it.

    same here...

wrapped it in 5 layers of bubblewrap from wal-mart, checked it in (from NYC to LAX and from LAX-LHR-ORK) as extra luggage, no questions asked.
